2. Stricter Norms for Multi-Entry Visas
- Foreigners holding visas valid for more than 180 days, but with the condition that each stay should not exceed 180 days, must register before the 180-day limit if they wish to stay longer

3. Relief for Newborns of Mixed Parentage
- The mandatory 30-day electronic intimation rule for birth of child to foreign nationals will no longer apply if:
- One parent is an Indian citizen
- That Indian citizen wishes to retain the child's Indian citizenship
4. Delayed Foreign Citizenship Clause
- If a child of mixed parentage acquires foreign citizenship at a later stage while in India:
- Parents are legally obligated to inform the registration officer
- Timeline: Within 30 days of acquiring such foreign citizenship
5. Medical Institutional Compliance
- Updated administrative reporting requirements and compliance procedures
- Applicable to all hospitals, nursing homes, and medical facilities
- Must be followed when providing lodging or medical services to foreign nationals
