Salary
Selected Nursing Officers will be placed at Level 07 in the Pay Matrix, corresponding to the pre-revised Pay Band-2 of Rs. 9,300-34,800 with Grade Pay of Rs. 4,600/-, under Group-B classification. Posts also carry usual allowances admissible to Central Government servants of similar status, as applicable at the respective posting city.
Selection Process
stage i - norcet preliminary: A 90-minute qualifying exam with 100 MCQs (100 marks) - 20 questions on General Knowledge & Aptitude and 80 on Nursing subjects. There is negative marking of 1/3 mark per wrong answer. This stage only qualifies candidates for Stage II and is not used for final merit.
